Which Lotion Ingredient Makes a Great Appetite Suppressant?

Every year I approach the end of October with fear and dread.

It's not because I know that when my 4 year old opens the door to dutifully pass out candy to the trick-or-treaters, he might come face to face with an unrecognizable teenager dressed as the Grim Reaper.

No, I can handle that.

The dread comes with the following two months being packed with calorie-filled activities:
   * 800 calories from candy leftovers
   * 3000 calories Thanksgiving dinner
   * 5000 Christmas Eve & Christmas
   * 500 daily between Thanksgiving and January 1st, and we're looking at 29,300 extra calories, or 11 extra pounds, give or take.

That's a lot of work for January, so I employ my coconut oil strategy:

Coconut Oil Appetite Suppressant:

Add 1 Tbs coconut oil to your favorite hot tea before breakfast, or anytime you're heading out to a calorie-consuming holiday event. You'll feel more full and less likely to fill up on the junk.
